A Dispensary belonging to the Padukka Sub Office of the Seethawaka Pradeshiya Sabha in Avissawella Electorate of Colombo District.
Located 7 km away from padukka where the entrance road to horana via padukka malagala
Established in 1965, the dispensary provides health care to people in many rural areas such as Malagala, Yatawatura, Kahawala, Dambara and Udumulla.

- Checkup of patients
- Prescribing and provide drugs to patients
- Advise and educate people on the prevention and behavior of the disease.
- Maintaining a herbal garden and advising to identify herbs.
- Assist to protect and propagation of herbal plants

Details of Ayurvedic Herbal Garden
Launched on 05.06.2013. There are currently about 75-80 herbs planted in the herb garden. A worker has been assigned to work there.
